The role covers the technical support of our Rieste site as well as assistance with goods receiving, loading and fleet management. Key responsibilities include accepting and checking incoming deliveries, maintaining the pool vehicles, carrying out minor maintenance and repair work on buildings and outdoor areas, and performing courier runs and parts transport. The successful candidate will work independently and in close coordination with the Purchasing and Workshop departments. The aim of the role is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the site, from the timely provision of incoming goods to maintaining operational infrastructure. The position is initially planned for 20 to 30 hours per week; an increase in hours may be possible as responsibilities expand.

Your Responsibilities

• Goods receiving: Accepting, checking and recording incoming deliveries, and forwarding them to the relevant departments.
• Fleet management: Maintaining, inspecting and monitoring service schedules for pool vehicles, including workshop and inspection appointments.
• Loading: Assisting with the loading and securing of components, assemblies and system parts.
• Maintenance: Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work on buildings, technical equipment and outdoor areas.
• Transport: Performing courier runs and parts transport between sites, suppliers and customers.
• Order and cleanliness: Ensuring order, cleanliness and occupational safety in the workshop, warehouse and outdoor areas.

Your Profile

• Qualifications: Completed vocational training with a technical background, for example in metalworking, electrical engineering or construction, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience: Experience in facility management, maintenance, warehousing or logistics is an advantage.
• Driving licence: A valid Class B driving licence is required; Class BE trailer entitlement is essential.
• Additional qualification: A forklift licence is an advantage; we can support you in obtaining one if required.
• IT skills: Confident use of standard PC applications.
• Working style: Independent, reliable and practical approach, with a good eye for what needs to be done.
• Communication: Team-oriented attitude and clear coordination with internal departments, suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Language skills: Good written and spoken German.
