For more than 25 years, 3defacto has been developing and manufacturing innovative machinery and equipment “Made in Germany.” Together with our Head of Marketing, you will help showcase our projects, technologies, and the people behind our products through creative content, exciting insights, and fresh ideas.

From day one, you’ll take on real responsibility, contribute your own ideas, and gain valuable hands-on experience in a technology-driven industrial company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and create content for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and more)
  • Write engaging captions, articles, and social media posts
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content
  • Create photo and video content at our company facilities
  • Support the development of new content ideas and campaigns
  • Assist with various marketing projects
  • Help strengthen and develop our employer brand (Employer Branding

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
  • Excellent writing skills and a passion for creative storytelling
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage
  • Basic experience in photo or video editing is welcome
  • Independent, organized, and structured way of working
  • Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and enthusiasm for trying new ideas
