Your Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing: Producing individual parts and small batches for our custom machine engineering
  • CNC machining: Operating and setting up CNC-controlled turning and milling machines
  • Programming: Independently creating and optimising CNC programmes
  • Component production: Manufacturing complex components from technical drawings
  • Process optimisation: Monitoring and continuously improving manufacturing processes
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving production issues
  • Maintenance: Maintaining the machines and tools in use
  • Assembly support: Occasionally assisting with assembly work

Your Profile

  • Training: Completed vocational training as a CNC Machinist (m/f/d), CNC Specialist, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience: Practical experience in CNC milling and/or CNC turning
  • Technical drawings: Confident use and interpretation of technical drawings and measuring equipment
  • CNC knowledge: Experience in CNC programming is desirable
  • Working style: Independent, precise and responsible approach to work
  • Language skills: Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Quality: Strong quality awareness
  • Technical aptitude: Enthusiasm for challenging manufacturing tasks and a strong technical understanding
  • Teamwork: Team spirit and reliability
