Collecting Kilometers Together and Strengthening Team Spirit
Great team spirit, a positive atmosphere, and plenty of shared kilometers: for the first time, the 3defacto team took part in the Darmstadt Merck Company Run.
Despite the changeable weather, we hit the course together around the Merck Stadium in Darmstadt. Even with occasional rain showers, the team’s motivation stayed high throughout the event and the fun definitely wasn’t missed. Our colleagues achieved strong times and collected many kilometers together.
What made the event especially enjoyable was the fantastic atmosphere along the route: numerous teams from the region, supportive spectators, and a perfectly organized event turned the company run into a real highlight.
For us, it was not only about athletic performance, but above all about team spirit. Staying active together, motivating each other, and spending time together outside of everyday work life, that is exactly what makes events like these so valuable.
A big thank you to the organizers of the Darmstadt Merck Company Run for hosting such a great event and for the excellent organization. We are already looking forward to next year!
