3defacto invests 5 million euros in modern production and office facilities
3defacto has completed its new site in the Niedersachsenpark in Rieste. With an investment of around 5 million euros, a modern production and assembly hall as well as a three-storey office complex have been built, significantly expanding the company’s capacities. The new site offers optimal conditions for plant engineering, mechanical engineering, and engineering services.
State-of-the-art infrastructure for plant construction and assembly
The construction project covers a total built-up area of 1,500 m², of which 1,100 m² are for production and assembly halls. The three-storey office complex offers approximately 400 m² per floor for administration, planning, and project coordination. The 7,300 m² plot also allows for future expansions. With this, the company strengthens its position in turnkey projects in mechanical engineering, plant technology, and software, while simultaneously expanding its capacities for national and international customers.
