At Tube 2026, Copier – Brand of 3defacto GmbH will present itself with a clearly sharpened profile. Following the integration of the Copier brand into 3defacto GmbH, the company will appear for the first time at the world’s leading trade fair for the tube industry under the name “Copier – Brand of 3defacto.”
The focus of the exhibition will be on specialized solutions for pipe end processing.
“Our clear goal at Tube 2026 is to be recognized as THE specialist for pipe end processing. We are presenting ourselves with a sharpened profile – solution-oriented, technologically leading, and with strong application expertise,” explain Peter Ahlmer and Julian Gieg.
Clear objectives for the trade fair
The exhibition appearance pursues several strategic goals, including:
- Positioning as a specialist for pipe end processing
- Presenting complete application solutions rather than individual machines
- Expanding market presence in Germany and across Europe
- Strengthening strategic customer partnerships
- Generating concrete project inquiries for 2026 and 2027
“We do not only want to present machines – we want to provide answers to real production requirements,” says Ahlmer.
Focus: Pipe end processing applications
Copier’s exhibition concept follows a clear approach: “Every requirement – one solution.”
The focus will be on practical applications in pipe end processing, including:
- Beveling – precise preparation of welding seams
- Threading – dimensionally accurate internal and external threads
- Grooving – precise grooves for secure connection systems, for example in sprinkler pipelines
- Laser cleaning – sustainable, contactless surface cleaning inside and outside the pipe
“We present practical solutions that improve process reliability, increase efficiency, and ensure reproducible quality in pipe processing,” emphasizes Julian Gieg.
Market trend: Specialization and efficiency
The European wire, tube, and steel market is currently undergoing structural transformation. Increasing quality requirements, growing automation pressure, and a strong focus on economic efficiency are shaping investment decisions across the industry.
Companies are becoming more selective with their investments. The demand is shifting toward specialized, high-performance systems with clear added value that make production processes more efficient and reliable.
With its focused trade fair presence, Copier therefore reinforces its core message:
Pipe end processing is our core competence.
